1. Nature of the Service

Premium is a digital service provided online through the WoW Trade Hub web platform.

The service is intended exclusively for:

• extending user account features,
• highlighting, managing, and improving visibility of listings on this website.

It is not:

• physical goods,
• in-game currency,
• in-game items,
• in-game services in terms of game content or mechanics.

The service requires a functional user account, internet access, and a standard web browser. No special software is required.

3. Price and Payment Terms

The Premium service price is always shown before payment begins.

The price includes all taxes and fees, including applicable VAT under EU law and the user's place of residence.

Payment is processed online through Stripe secure payment gateway.

• Only payment result information is received

4. Service Activation

After successful payment completion, Premium is activated without undue delay, typically immediately.

5. Service Duration

The service is provided for a fixed period based on the selected package.

• The service is not automatically renewed by default
• It expires automatically after validity ends

6. Digital Service and Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing the service, the user:

• agrees to immediate start of digital service provision
• acknowledges loss of the 14-day withdrawal right under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code

7. Complaints

The user has the right to submit a complaint in case of service malfunction or non-delivery in the declared scope.

Complaints can be submitted by email to the operator contact address.

8. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Due to the nature of digital service provided immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable.

Payment disputes and chargebacks are governed by Stripe terms and applicable legal regulations.

9. Tax Invoice

A tax invoice is issued electronically upon user request.

10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers can use the European Union online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
