Information on digital services (Premium) under European Union law
This consumer information is provided in accordance with Czech Civil Code Act No. 89/2012 and European Union legal regulations governing consumer protection and digital services.

2. Nature of the Digital Service
Premium is a digital service provided online through the WoW Trade Hub web platform.
The service is mainly intended for:
- extending user account features,
- highlighting and improving listing visibility,
- management and advanced platform tools.
It is not:
- physical goods,
- in-game currency,
- in-game items,
- game content or interference with game mechanics.
The service requires a user account, internet access, and a standard web browser.
3. Service Price
The Premium digital service price is always shown before payment starts.
The price includes all taxes and fees, including applicable VAT under EU law and the user's place of residence.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is processed online through Stripe secure payment gateway.
- the operator has no access to payment card details,
- does not store sensitive payment data,
- receives only payment result information.
5. Service Activation
After successful payment completion, the digital service is activated without undue delay, usually immediately.
6. Service Duration
Premium is provided for a fixed term according to the selected package.
- the service is not automatically renewed by default,
- it expires automatically after validity ends.
7. Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing the digital service, the user explicitly agrees that service delivery starts immediately after payment.
The user acknowledges that by this consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code is waived.
This is communicated to the user before payment is completed.
8. Digital Service Complaints
The user has the right to file a complaint if the digital service:
- is not provided in the declared scope,
- does not function as described.
Complaints can be submitted via the operator contact email.
9. Refunds and Payment Disputes
Due to the nature of digital service provided immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable.
Payment disputes and chargebacks are governed by Stripe terms and applicable legal regulations.
10. Tax Invoice
A tax invoice is issued electronically upon user request.
11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers can use the European Union online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

WoW Trade Hub does not sell game content, does not interfere with game mechanics, and is not officially affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
Premium digital services are intended exclusively to extend the features of this web platform.
