1. About the WoW Trade Hub Platform
WoW Trade Hub is an independent online community platform for World of Warcraft players that allows users to publish and browse offers and requests related to in-game trading and player services.
The platform serves exclusively as a listing and community tool to connect players.
WoW Trade Hub in particular:
- does not sell or buy in-game items, game currency, or services,
- does not mediate transactions between users,
- does not process payments in its own name or as a payment institution,
- is not a contractual party to any agreement between users.
All agreements, transactions, and trades are carried out exclusively between users and at their own risk.
2. Legal Position of the Platform
WoW Trade Hub acts as an information society service provider under applicable European Union legal regulations.
The platform provides technical services that allow users to store and share user-generated content without actively interfering with it, unless otherwise required (for example moderation or rule enforcement).
3. Liability and Limitation of Liability
The WoW Trade Hub platform operator:
- is not responsible for the content of individual offers, requests, messages, or user profiles,
- provides no guarantees regarding truthfulness, legality, quality, or performance of user agreements,
- is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising between users in connection with platform use.
Users are required to:
- comply with applicable European Union law,
- comply with World of Warcraft game rules,
- comply with terms and rules of third parties.
4. Moderation and Content Actions
The operator reserves the right to:
- remove or edit user content,
- limit its visibility,
- temporarily or permanently restrict or close a user account,
if legal regulations, platform rules, Terms of Service, or legitimate interests of the operator or third parties are violated.
5. Digital Services (DSA) - Reporting Illegal Content
If you believe any content on the platform is illegal (for example fraudulent, misleading, violating third-party rights, or otherwise contrary to law), you can report it to the operator email.
In your report, ideally include a link to the content, a brief reason, and supporting evidence. The operator will assess the report and may take appropriate measures in justified cases (for example limiting visibility, removing content, or restricting an account).
6. Service Availability
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control.

WoW Trade Hub is not officially affiliated with, operated by, supported by, or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
All trademarks, game names, logos, and other intellectual property elements belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and information purposes.
9. Advertising and Platform Funding
WoW Trade Hub operation is funded mainly through online advertising, including third-party ad systems (for example Google AdSense) and optional digital services (for example Premium features).
Advertising content:
- is displayed automatically,
- may be personalized only with user consent (if required),
- does not represent recommendations or positions of the platform operator.
The platform may use tools for traffic and performance measurement (for example Google Analytics). Consent management for cookies and similar technologies is handled via Cookiebot, where consent can be granted, denied, or changed anytime in Cookie Settings.
10. Payments via Stripe
WoW Trade Hub uses the Stripe payment gateway to process payments for digital services (for example Premium features). The contractual party for the digital service is the platform operator; detailed terms are listed in Terms of Service.
WoW Trade Hub:
- does not act as a payment institution,
- does not store or process user payment card data,
- has no access to payment card details.
Payments are technically processed by Stripe in accordance with its terms and applicable law. For payment or digital service questions, users can contact the operator at the listed email address.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
- applicable European Union legal regulations.
